Vegetarische capsules ('vcaps') zijn gemaakt van cellulose. Dit in tegenstelling tot gelatine-capsules, die van dierlijke oorsprong zijn. Voedingexperts, Europese overheden en internationale organisaties zoals de WHO betitelen gelatine als veilig. Dat neemt niet weg dat de bewuste consument tegenwoordig liever het zekere voor het onzekere neemt. Zo is er een toenemende vraag naar een 100% veilig• plantaardig• alternatief.
Onze plantaardige capsules zijn prima verenigbaar met een vegetarische leefstijl. Volledig vrij van conserveringsmiddelen, hebben zij alle voordelen van de standaard gelatine-capsule: gemakkelijk door te slikken, transparant en goed houdbaar. De capsules worden volgens GMP-normen (Good Manufacturing Practice) geproduceerd.
