Veel ayurvedische kruidenoliën dienen voor gebruik te worden verwarmd. Het verwarmen van kruidenolie in een oliewarmer verdient hierbij de voorkeur boven het verwarmen van olie in een kunststof fles.
Deze traditionele oliewarmer, vervaardigd uit koper en messing, is speciaal ontworpen voor de massagetherapeut die regelmatig met verwarmde olie werkt. Om direct contact tussen de olie en de koperen wand van de oliewarmer te vermijden, is de oliewarmer aan de binnenzijde uitgevoerd in hygiënisch roestvrijstaal. De oliewarmer heeft een inhoud van ca. 250 ml.
Onder de oliewarmer is plaats voor een waxinelichtje dat de olie gedurende de massage op een aangename temperatuur houdt. Hoogte ca. 13 cm.
