Sahacharadi Taila is een ayurvedische kruidenolie, op traditionele wijze bereid.
Massage met Sahacharadi Taila zuivert het bloed en heeft een algehele reinigende en verjongende invloed op het lichaam.
Effect op dosha’s/dhatu’s: Balanceert Vata dosha. Heeft affiniteit met Majja, Rakta, Asthi en Mamsa dhatu’s. Sahacharadi Taila is een olie die wordt beschreven in de Sahasrayogam. In deze klassieke tekst wordt beschreven, dat de olie bijzonder geschikt is bij een onbalans van Vata dosha.
Sahacharadi Taila bevat onder andere Dashmula: een formule van tien verschillende kruiden die bekend staat vanwege de voedend en grondend effect op het zenuwstelsel. Het is een algemeen tonicum om Vata in balans te krijgen. De olie heeft tevens een ontzurend effect en kan daarom gebruikt worden door sporters om spierverzuring tegen te gaan. De olie heeft een verwarmende invloed en is daarom niet geschikt om in te zetten voor Pitta dosha.
Toepassing (hoofd/lichaam): De olie kan gebruikt worden voor massage van het lichaam of kan plaatselijk worden aangebracht. Niet geschikt voor het hoofd.
Aanwijzing voor gebruik: Fles goed schudden voor gebruik. Verwarm de olie tot 40°, in een oliekannetje of au-bain-marie.
Samenstelling: Sesamolie, Strobilanthes ciliatus, Oroxylum indicum, Aegle marmelos, Stereospermum suaveolens, Tribulus terrestris, Solanum indicum, Desmodium gangeticum, Uraria picta, Premna mucronata, Gmelina arborea, Solanum xanthocarpum, Asparagus racemosus, Helix aspera, Delphinium zalil, Ficus glomerata, Elettaria cardamomum, Callicarpa macrophylla, Nelumbo nucifera, shilajeet, ijzer, Vetiveria zizanioides, Cedrus deodara, Angelica glauca, Coleus vetiveroides, Valeriana wallichii, koemelk.
