Sanolit bevat vier werkzame kruiden die een gezonde slaap bevorderen.Het eerste, Centella asiatica, heeft een rustgevende invloed op het zenuwstelsel en kalmeert het gemoed. Valeriana wallichi is ook rustgevend, terwijl Myristica fragrans ontspannend en slaapopwekkend is. Piper longum, tenslotte, zorgt voor een ontspannen ademhaling en bevordert de opname van de formule als geheel.
