Dit komt tegemoet aan de wens van vele massagetherapeuten, die de geurstoffen in sommige gangbare massageolies als hinderlijk ervaren.
De ayurvedische massageolie ‘Satva Taila’ is bijzonder geschikt om het lichaam te reinigen. Het is ook een goede olie om in te zetten bij een tekort aan energie en bij een gevoel van zwaarte. ‘Satva’ is het ayurvedische woord voor helderheid, klaarheid en lichtheid.
Deze verfrissende massageolie is samengesteld uit uitgekiende basisoliën, bijzondere kruiden en aromatische geuren. Gebruik de olie in combinatie met een zuiverende ayurvedische thee.
Bijzondere kruiden in Satva Taila zijn:
Trifala (kruidenmengsel) – een in Ayurveda zeer bekend zuiverend en versterkend tonicum bestaande uit drie verjongende vruchten
Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) – hier bekend onder de naam ‘mirre’ en volgens recent onderzoek in het bezit van sterke reinigende kwaliteiten
Gebruik: Verwarm de fles in warm water tot ongeveer 40°C. Schudden voor gebruik. Doe ongeveer 10 ml kruidenolie in een schaaltje en breng de kruidenolie aan op het gehele lichaam, maar niet op het hoofd.
Ingrediënten: SESAMOLIE, Emblica officinalis, Terminalia belerica, Terminalia chebula, Azadirachta
Bewijs voor het gezondheidseffect wordt nog beoordeeld in Europese toelatingsprocedure.
