Triforte is een hoger gedoseerde variant van Triphala/Trifala.
De Ayurvedische gezondheidsleer maakt gebruik van verschillende bereidingsvormen voor haar natuurlijke supplementen. In dit voedingssupplement is de Ayurvedische kruidencombinatie Trifala verwerkt tot een capsule voor gemakkelijke inname.
Wat is Triphala?
'Triphala' of ‘Trifala’ betekent letterlijk 'drie vruchten'. In Triphala zijn dat de vruchten van:
- Amla of Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica of Emblica officinalis)
- Haritaki of Harad (Terminalia chebula)
- Bibhitaki of Vibhidaka (Terminalia belerica)
Deze vruchten zijn van nature rijk aan vitamine C en anti-oxidanten.
De klassieke kruidencombinatie van Triphala wordt al eeuwenlang toegepast in Ayurveda. Door haar veelzijdige toepassingen wordt Triphala van oudsher aangeprezen als een Ayurvedische kruidencombinatie die ons kan helpen een gelukzalig leven te leiden.
