Wat is Vacha?

Vacha (Acorus calamus) is de Sanskrietnaam voor de wortelstok van Kalmoes. Deze vijverplant maakt deel uit van de enige genus van de familie Acoraceae. Vacha komt veel voor in drassige gebieden en wordt al duizenden jaren gebruikt vanwege haar positieve eigenschappen. Ook de oude Grieken wisten raad met de kalmoesplant en kalmoeswortel.

Acorus calamus (Vacha) extract 50 mg, Trifala-poeder (Emblica officinalis/Amla, Terminalia belerica/Bibhitaki, Terminalia chebula/Haritaki) 110 mg, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (plantaardige capsule).

Algemene gebruiksaanwijzing

2 maal daags 1 capsule

Houd u aan de aanbevolen dagelijkse dosering. Een gevarieerde, evenwichtige voeding en een gezonde levensstijl zijn belangrijk. Niet te gebruiken als vervanging van een gevarieerde voeding.
