De Ayurvedische gezondheidsleer maakt gebruik van verschillende bereidingsvormen voor haar natuurlijke supplementen. In dit voedingssupplement heeft de Ayurvedische kruidencombinatie Colayur de vorm van een kruidenpoeder.
Colayur is een Ayurvedische combinatie van de kruiden Amalaki, Haritaki, Bibhitaki en Agnimantha.
Werking van Colayur
Op de dosha’s (constitutie) van een persoon heeft Colayur een Pitta verhogende werking. Op de overige dosha’s, Vata en Kapha, heeft Colayur een verlagende werking.

Samenstelling
Per gram: Emblica officinalis (Amla) 250 mg, Premna integrifolia (Agnimantha) 250 mg, Terminalia chebula (Haritaki) 250 mg, Terminalia belerica (Bibhitaki) 250 mg.
Algemene gebruiksaanwijzing
Gedurende 1 week ‘s avonds, een half uur voor het avondeten, 2 theelepels met water innemen. Daarna 1 theelepel per dag.
Kinderen: halve dosering.
Niet te gebruiken bij zwangerschap.
Niet gelijktijdig gebruiken met Herbolax, Swadista churna, Trifala churna en Triforte.
Houd u aan de aanbevolen dagelijkse dosering. Een gevarieerde, evenwichtige voeding en een gezonde levensstijl zijn belangrijk. Niet te gebruiken als vervanging van een gevarieerde voeding.
